Delhi Airport Pickup: Terminal-Wise Guide For First-Time Flyers

Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi) has three passenger terminals, and knowing which one you're landing at makes pickup considerably smoother.

Terminal 3 handles most international flights and a large share of domestic ones — it's the busiest terminal, with pickup zones a short walk from the arrivals exit.

Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 primarily serve domestic flights from specific airlines. Double-check your boarding pass or airline confirmation, since the two terminals are a considerable drive apart from each other.

For airport pickups, flight-number tracking means your driver's dispatch time adjusts automatically if your flight is early or delayed — you don't need to manually update anything.

When you land, look for your driver's name and vehicle details in the app rather than searching the arrivals hall blindly — the designated pickup point is shown once your driver is assigned.

If you're travelling with a lot of luggage, mention it while booking so a suitable vehicle class is assigned rather than finding out at the curb.
