1. Acceptance Of Terms
By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using SaathNiklo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description Of Service
SaathNiklo connects riders with independent, verified professional drivers for one-way, round-trip, hourly, airport, outstation, corporate, and related driving services. SaathNiklo facilitates the booking and payment for these services.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Bookings & Payment
Fares are calculated based on the service type, distance, duration, and vehicle class selected at the time of booking, and are shown to you before you confirm a trip.
Payment may be collected via card, UPI, wallet, or cash depending on the service type and what is offered at checkout.
5. Rider Conduct
Riders are expected to treat drivers respectfully, provide accurate pickup/drop information, and comply with applicable laws during the trip. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this expectation.
6. Driver Standards
Drivers on the platform undergo verification checks before onboarding. SaathNiklo may suspend or remove drivers who fail to meet safety, conduct, or service standards.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaathNiklo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, beyond the amount paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to harass drivers or staff, to attempt to circumvent booking or payment systems, or to misrepresent your identity.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or safety concerns.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
